Note: This is a relatively open roleplay, but it is mostly around Megan's storyline, agreed between myself and the founders!

Six days... It's been Six days since she had arrived here and things were perhaps too good to be true. Everything was going smoothly - she made some connections here and there, the people she had encountered even for just one-time brief moments have been at the very least decent, the atmosphere was really pleasant so far, she just needed to use her time off to really focus on her apartment.

However... For the last two days or so, Megan had this... Nagging feeling that something was not quite right. She felt like she was watched, though it could just be her paranoia.

Several weeks ago, something happened in LA. Something happened and no matter how hard she tried, she could not remember. But whenever her mind trailed back to what leads to the loophole in her memory, something tightens in her chest and she feels sick. She had to run. She was a dumb college kid that partied and popped ecstasy like it was aspirin, a dumb college kid that enjoyed being in the presence of bad people, being the adrenaline junkie that she is, addicted to thrill and things that are bad for her - of course this would lead to some major issues. She didn't know why exactly, but Megan was well-aware that she needed to pack her shit and run from the city of angels. There was this innate sense of danger and urgency. She was paranoid all the way to Florida and once she got here, she finally relaxed.

But that paranoia was slowly returning. Two nights ago it returned and lingered. Perhaps it was her body reminding her that she needed to be more vigilant.

Today felt like any other day, though. Megan was second shift on this day, so she used the opportunity to get up early in the morning and continue the renovations at her place that she started the day prior. She had to put up a sign in the apartment building near the entrance, apologizing for the noise for the next few days, as she really wanted to dedicate her time in making sure her new home felt warm and welcoming to her twisted and creative little heart, but that meant she'll need more money and it'll take some time.

It seemed like an easy and casual evening. Megan this time was more dressed simple, with her chunky sandals on and the mandatory Black Anchor shirt on as a member of staff. But no matter how simple she was dressed, she always had her signature, bold makeup on and without any accessories, her tattoos always filed that bland space.

For better or for worse, that made her easily recognizable.

The day kept her busy and before she knew it, the sunset was coloring the sky as she stood at the patio of the bar, enjoying her little break once she got out all the orders as she watched the beautiful sunset.
Jasper pulled up and parked in front of The Black Anchor. He checked his clipboard with the order on it. As he removed the items from the work truck and onto a dolly he checked them off his list. Once the full order was accounted for he closed up his truck and angled the dolly towards him chest to make it easier to roll. He walked backwards through the front doors of the bar.

He paused inside the door and looked around to see what patrons were inside. Thankfully, the one face he hoped he wouldn't see was not there. With a smirk on his rugged face he announced, "Delivery." He pulled the dolly to the entrance of the back of the bar and parked it, careful nothing was going to fall.

With no one currently behind the bar, he slid behind the bar like he had been back there a hundred times. He started putting the booze order away as he had done when Sadie was running his place solo. He hadn't been around much since he and Sadie had broken up. He engulfed himself in his underground business endeavors, but he needed to keep up the appearance of running the liquor store, so here he was.

Jasper was about average height for a male - five feet, eleven inches. He had shaggy black hair, an unshaven face, ear rings in both his ears, and crystal blue eyes. His dress was usually black jeans, a button up shirt, and a black leather jacket. He didn't look like a vendor and he didn't act like one either. Most vendors didn't put the orders away for their clients.
Megan had noticed that someone had entered the bar and she watched through the window to see that a man had arrived with a delivery. With no one there to keep an eye on the situation, Megan pressed the cigarette into her ashtray and walked inside as the strange man announce a delivery, though she had this strange feeling about him she could quite point out or understand.

It was then when her demeanor changed from her usually friendly and confident to that resting bitchface as she saw the way he was helping himself behind the bar. Sadie never told her that there's a guy who was employed or had any access to behind the bar except for those she had met so far.

"Hey man, that place is off the limits, employees only." she said as she got behind the bar next to him. There was not much work now, as people tend to flood the bar in the evening when the weather is more pleasant and generally when they're off work.
Jasper had been considered a silent partner in the bar business, him being the one who taught Sadie everything she knew. He was almost done putting away the alcohol order when Gothic Barbie came strutting towards him. Between her tone and her body language he assumed he was a stranger to this new employee.

He offered one of his most charming grins and said, "Sadie didn't tell you, aye?" An Irish accent colored the words as he straightened up from putting a few bottles in there places. "Figures. She did dump me after all." Jasper leaned heavily on the bar and eyed the new girl.

He didn't disguise the way his eyes roamed over her body, taking in her aesthetic. "Very nice," was the best compliment he could come up with. "You'll have the boys panting and the girls talking."
Megan did not react to his charming smile, as the circumstances were a bit serious. Last thing she wanted was Sadie chewing her up for letting some rando getting to employees only area. Megan couldn't afford to have any issues with people now that she is starting over.

Her eyebrow raised when he implied that Sadie didn't tell her something, only to reveal that he has been dumped, which prompted a scoff from Megan as she smirked, taking back her position as the bartender. "I'm guessing you've been demoted to a customer, then." she joked, realizing what this may be about.

As she was cleaning the bar, organizing everything, she felt his eyes on her, looking her over rather deliberately and unashamedly. This didn't bother her, she had the attention of people often, both good and bad and she liked it, considering that she also appreciated good looking people whenever she has the chance.

But something about him... It made the hairs at the back of her neck stand up. Still, she didn't show her discomfort. Always her confident and relaxed self despite feeling this way. She smirked at his comment, looking back at him as she brushed her hands clean with her body fully facing him now. "Life is too short to not give people at least a visual experience if they don't get to touch and taste, y'know."
Customer?! He raised his eyebrows as Megan joined him behind the bar. "I'm still a silent partner in this venture but," he took his hands off the bottles of booze he was restocking for them, "if you no longer desire me to do your bar inventory and restock for free. I can make you guys go through the normal ordering process and start paying."

He moved out from behind the bar and stood next to the dolly full of boxes with bottles ready to be restocked. "Shall I just leave them here, then?" He leaned on the dolly, the anticipation of a backpedal coming his way. But until that happened, he could play nice.

He grinned playfully at the lady, "So you are a looky-no-touchy type." Jasper shrugged and glanced around. "Probably not a bad way to be. There are a lot of wolves in this town." He meant exactly that, but for someone not in the know the term 'wolves' could just mean bad elements. "Well, Miss 'Looky-No-Touchy', my name is Jasper and if Sadie wants to continue doing business with me, she can call me. Until then, I guess I'm leaving you."
She chuckled when he got quite upset as she had unintentionally demeaned him. Honestly, Megan did not know who this guy was. She didn't know what he was doing, what his role was as Sadie not once informed her of a delivery man. "Chill man, I was just joking. I've got nothing against you. Just my boss did not give me a heads up." she explained.

When he asked if she was a look-no-touchy girl, she thought about it for a moment, as if she had to explain that to him. Because she didn't know exactly, either. She was not the way she was a few years ago - a hungry college gal, fully exploring her sex appeal and sexuslity, exploring her appetite that became insatiable and honestly, concerning even. Now, she wants to respect herself, despite the need that can be gnawing and downright unbearable to the point where it starts clouding her judgment when someone just triggers that within her... Megan had been pretty docile lately. So far, she only slept with one guy since she arrived and it was also only once. That man satiated her enough in ways that a lot of men couldn't, from her experience. She didn't know why or how. He was almost inhuman with his stamina.

"I wouldn't say I'm no-touchy, just depends on a man." she said with a little grin as he stepped away from the bar. Upon mentioning the wolves, her brows furrowed as something from the back of her mind just rang, it was like a tune she had already heard, but could not remember what it was or where it came from, or even why she knows it.

"I dunno, wolves are just hungry, it's the leeches that may concern me at times." when she said leeches, she meant people who suck out ones time, energy, resources, with selfish intentions. Yet Megan was unaware of how correct this analogy was. Especially in her case, considering her past.

"And yeah, you can leave them here, thanks. I'll have fun with it." she pointed to the packages before watching him prepare to leave as he said his name. "I'll let Sadie know. Oh, and it's Megan." she introduced herself in return before quriking her brow at him."Why don't you sit and have a drink? Surely you don't have much work now at this hour?"
If this possibly-touchy girl wanted to put the inventory away, "So be it." He unloaded the six large boxes full of wrapped bottles off the dolly. Jasper handled them much easier than a man of his build should have been able to, they were quite heavy. With the dolly unloaded he rocked it back and headed for the door. "I'll be back, Miss Touchy." He put the dolly back in the truck and retrieved an order slip from the dash. He locked the truck and headed back in.

He strolled up to the bar and placed the order form on it. He placed his finger tips on the order and slid it to Megan. "Tell your boss these are my prices." Megan had tolerance for wolves...of course she did. Then she mentioned leaches and he stopped. "Leaches aren't all bad. We're good with our tongues and mouths. Plus, we give that thrill of a bite."

He slid into one of the seats at the bar, curious now. She offered him a drink, but he waved her off. "I doubt you would have anything appealing to me. I don't make those kinds of deliveries here. Now..." Jasper rested his crossed forearms on the bar. He knew she knew something. They had been looking for a certain girl for weeks now. She could fit the description, but Jasper had to be sure before calling anything in. "You don't look like you're from around here, Miss No-Touchy."
Megan was not a stranger to deliveries and handling them by herself from when she worked at the bar in LA. It was probably. The worst part of the job, but it was doable. To be honest, the place was kinda dead at this hour, she had some time to kill before people start flocking to the bar thirsty. She noted the prices he said that Sadie owes him and Megan wouldn't dwell on this further as it's not part of her business, especially considering that she had no clue that there were deliveries on this day.

She scoffed when he said that the leeches, him dumping himself in that category, are great with their mouths and tounges, it got Megan wondering... Why is she feeling this pit in her stomach opening up the more she's around him? She felt a shaky anxiety building within her.

However, while he rejected the idea of drinking and instead went to interrogate her for whatever reason. Sure, he may be flirting, but Megan wasn't quick to accept that possibility. It felt... A certain way.

"You could say that, yeah. Did my pale complexion give that away?" she kept to her natural and charismatic banter, not giving away her anxiety.
"Fucking finally!" She mumbled to herself as she put the last of the inventory on the Excel spreadsheet. The inventory itself wasn't the issues, just the spreadsheet itself was the bane of her existence. She pushed away from her laptop and stretched out her arms above her head. She looked at the time on her phone and realized it was just after dusk as she realized the day. Jasper. She thought about him as she hadn't really seen him since their break up, though it was more amicable than the other one had been. She still cared about him as he was dear friend and they did work well together when it came to alcohol. He knew he would be delivering an order today and wasn't sure if her floor manager actually told Megan about Jasper.

She stood up and headed out her office door, towards the front. As she came around the corner she started talking, not paying attention to who was there. "Hey, Megan. I don't know if the floor manager told you but there is a man that will be..." She stopped in her tracks as she saw Jasper and gave him a small smile. As she tore her gaze away from Jasper, she looked at Megan. "I am not sure if you were told about someone coming and delivering the alcohol, but this is Jasper. And he is a business partner of mine with the bar. Well, all things booze related actually." She said as she waved her hand in the direction of where Jasper was.

As she looked between them as she saw the anxiousness in Megan and Jasper seemed to be studying her bartender. "I think maybe I should be the one to tell you who has privileges here and who doesn't. Since my manager seems to not be doing their job right." She said as she pushed through the awkward silence. "Or at all, apparently." She slowly walked towards them and waited for one of them to say something.
Jasper leaned on the bar with an aura of arrogance hovering around him. He smiled charmingly at Megan, his eyes dropping to the bar top before looking back up at her. “If complexion had anything to do with it, I wouldn’t be from here either.” His tone was light, a bit self-deprecating in a flirtatious way. He eyed her as he tried to dig a little deeper. “You just have the air of a flasher place than this dump of a town.”

They were then interrupted by Sadie coming out of her office. It was the first time he had seen Sadie since she had released him from a three-hundred-year relationship. The word bitter wasn’t right. The word relieved was too insulting. He was pleased, if that wasn’t too harsh. As Sadie mentioned that a man would be coming by, he saw Sadie catch sight of him. Jasper lifted one of his hands and waved, wiggling his ringed fingers at Sadie.

And now he knew her name, Megan.

Jasper slid out of his seat and made his way over to Sadie. He gave her a hug and breathed her in. In a taunting manner he whispered, “I see the new man had staked his claim already. She wastes no time.” He pulled back and pressed a kiss to Sadie’s lips. He winked and then headed back to the bar to continue his conversation with Megan. “So, Megan,” he said her name as if he were committing it to memory. “Let’s talk about our travels, shall we?”
Megan shrugged when he said that she had the air of being from a flashier place, though there was a nod of her head that non-verbally agreed with his statement. You can get out of LA, but you can't get the LA out of you, as they said. And that can easily be said as an innuendo.

Before she could say anything, Sadie arrived and Megan felt a little bit relieved. A little chuckle escaped her lips when Sadie mentioned the manager and Megan shrugged again. "The manager unfortunately did not inform me, so I was a little surprised when I saw Jasper behind the bar. I hope I wasn't too mean about it." she smiled politely at Jasper, realizing that she might've been a little bit harsh, but she would do it again if non-employees were getting in restricted areas. Especially because there's a cash register near the bar.

She nodded about the privileges that Sadie had mentioned, as being informed was important. "Yeah, that would be helpful, don't want any misunderstandings. I'd rather hear it from you, after all." especially considering that manager didn't do their job...

Her attention flicked back to Jasper as the two greeted one another, not wanting to be nosy ad watch the two ex lovers have their moment, Megan was cleaning the bar and arranging the dishes before she caught Jasper from the corner of her eye as he seemed more than interested to speak with her. Is this guy serious? Right in front of his ex, who is her boss?

To be fair, Megan felt that wave of anxiousness coming. She was not sure why, but there's something about this guy that made her mind annoyingly insistent on being careful around. He did not make her comfortable and its very hard to make a woman lie Megan uncomfortable. Nothing was ever taboo for her, she'd deal with creeps and weirdos easily, but this guy was different. Something was warning her about him and she always heeded her body's warnings.

"Oh trust me, my travels are uninteresting. I get bored easily so I like to change my environment to spice up my life a little bit. New people, new experience, ya know." she was playing it off, not wanting to let him know just how uncomfortable she is with him.

Megan then finally looked at him as she nodded at his direction. "What about you? With the accent and the way I can see that look in your eyes, you've been to a lot of places. You seem more interesting than me, a weirdo from Nevada." deflecting. That's the most indirect way of defending oneself. She also mentioned the state she was born in, which was before everything that transpired.
Her smile grew as she saw Jasper wave at her, then slide out of his chair and walked towards her. She knew they both would be okay after their break-up when she felt him hug her. She returned his hug, but as she heard his taunt, she pinched one of his hips playfully as she pulled away. "You can't say much about that, Fearless Pirate. You were a cradle robber." She whispered jokingly and smiled at him. He then gave her quick kiss on the lips and walked away, back towards the bar, and started talking to Megan. She chuckled when she watched him saunter away, glad to see the man she had always known before the incident. She knew she had the real him again, and that alone made her happy.

She walked off to the side subtly as she helped restock the tables up front and listened without being obvious. Though she knew Jasper would know she was listening. She had a feeling Jasper was trying to figure out something about Megan, and it made her curious as to why. As she listened, she could tell Megan seemed to be getting uncomfortable with him as he questioned her. When she looked over at them, she heard her last comment to him about Nevada. She took the opportunity to come up to the counter before Jasper replied.
When she walked over, she was standing next to Jasper, wrapped an arm around his shoulders, and leaned her head in. With her lips next to his ear, "What the hell are you doing, Jasper?" She waited for his response and laughed when she heard it. As she released her arm from around him, she gave him a slight playful nudge in the ribs with her elbow. Then she turned her gaze back to Megan.

"I will give you a rundown of the few that have access to coming behind the bar that you may not have seen yet." She raised her hand and put it on Jasper's shoulder, giving it a light squeeze. "As you know, this man here has full privileges. Jasper may be my ex, but he is a very dear friend and true business partner. Next, we have my brother, Creed, who was here the other day sitting with Jax and Lia. He is tall, has dirty blonde hair, and blue eyes." She paused in her thoughts as she removed her hand and looked at Jasper and then back at Megan. "There is also Asher. She may just come as a patron, but if she needs me, she is always welcome. She has just above the shoulder length dark brunette hair, brown eyes, and a picturesque figure. Then, though he may not come in here is Red. He is the chief of police, also my ex, and he has a temper. Let him in, don't annoy him, and send him towards where I am. He is about 6' 2", blonde hair, blue eyes, and wears glasses. He is well built."

She paused again to see if Megan was retaining who she was explaining before she finished with the last person. She looked at Jasper to see if she could see what he was thinking and then back again at Megan. "Last but not least is my boyfriend, Fitzpatrick. He is similar to Jasper here, but slightly taller. Heavy British accent and has well-groomed facial hair. He also has dark brown eyes instead of Jasper's blue ones." Then she turned towards Jasper, "Am I leaving anyone out, Fearless Pirate?"
Jasper was ready to answer Megan's question but he wasn't able to get a word out before Sadie butted her nose into their chat. He felt Sadie's arm rest across his shoulders. He grinned to himself when she asked what he was doing. He responded as softly as a breath on the wind, but he knew Sadie would hear him, "Working."

Sadie then went into a long explanation regarding the who's who of Sadie's friends were to be tolerated above others. Jasper breathed out of his nose, a sign of impatience. When Sadie mentioned Red, Jasper dramatically rolled his eyes as he shook his head. Red and himself were clear enemies, always had been - mainly because of Sadie. When Sadie mentioned her new boyfriend looked like Jasper he perked up and turned his body to look at her. "You think he looks like me?"

His expression was of playful horror before he turned his attention back onto Megan. "I think she should be the judge." Jasper said as he pointed at Megan. "She's non bias and will give us the honest truth." Jasper waved his hand towards the pocket where Sadie usually kept her phone. "Call 'em. Call prince charming and let's see if we really do look similar." Jasper had that air of playfulness about him again.

He looked at Megan and asked, "You're comfortable with this, right?" He was only joking around but he did actually want to meet Fitzpatrick. They had seen each other before, but had barely chatted. "C'mon, Sadie. Let's have a doppelganger competition." He was trying to cultivate fun for now and questioning later. He did still have a job to do.
She was a little relieved that Sadie joined in on the conversation, as she wrapped her arm around Jasper while whispering to him, Megan turned her attention away from them and focused on her work, but she was listening in. She couldn't help it. It was too fun, even though this Jasper guy was... Weird, for the lack of a better term.

She doesn't mind the attention. She had men approaching and bantering with her. She excels in that field, because Megan is not a liar and loves the attention. But this is different. He was not flirting with her. He was interrogating her and Megan could feel it.

But when Sadie addressed her, letting her know who had the privileges, Megan listened in and did her best to remember each person and their description to memory. She knew she would not be able to remember all of them immediately, but it'll be in the back of her mind...

That is when Jasper suddenly had a problem and brought Megan into... Whatever their issue was. She had that confused expression as her eyebrows knit together and she pointed at herself as if to say why me? but at the same time, she became amused. "Sure." she finally said, with a smirk forming on her face. "Are you jealous or something?" Megan jested as she rose her eyebrow at him.

Whatever Sadie was doing, she had men with their panties in a knot and she found that commendable.
As she finished telling Megan all who had privileges to the bar, she heard the huff of Jasper's impatience. She saw him brighten when she mentioned that he looked similar to Fitzpatrick and knew instantly he was about to be... well, Jasper. She started to chuckle when he asked if she thought her mate looked like him. "I said 'similar'. And, yes. I do think you look somewhat alike. Both handsome. Just one is more rugged." She quipped playfully and leaned over to kiss his cheek and stepped away.

After she took a few steps away, she turned towards Megan and gave her a playful, amused smile as she rolled her eyes at his antics. She then whipped her head back towards Jasper when he said something about a judge. She saw the look of impishness in his mock horror eyes as he said something about Megan being non bias. "Oh, no. I know that look." She mumbled to herself with an entertained smile on her face. When he told her to call Fitzpatrick, she nearly busted out laughing because she knew he was jesting.

"Aww, Fearless Pirate. You really like to challenge me, don't you?" She chortled out as she reached for her phone. "I don't mind this challenge. I'm just not sure how Hallows will feel. Though, I did not say you were identical. It's just similar, Jasper." She gave him a wink and looked towards Megan with a cheshire grin. "I am not sure jealous is the best word. But, this is definitely Jasper, being Jasper." She chuckled and turned back towards Jasper with an amused look in her eyes.

"I am going to call him and see if he would like to come up here. You guys didn't have a great first interaction. Though, that whole night was not the best for any of us." She spoke softly as she waved her phone and then swiveled her gaze towards Megan. She looked Megan over subtly, making sure she was slightly more comfortable. "I will be on the patio, but I will be right back. If you need anything, just come and get me." She gave her smile then turned back towards Jasper with a look of 'behave' in her eyes. She knew he wouldn't, but she had to try as she walked away.

When she came upon the patio, she strolled towards the railing and dialed her mate's number. She would wait to see if he answered before she spoke, and if he didn't, then she would send him a text.
Jasper's eyebrows rose so high they nearly touched his hair line. He angled his chin down as he looked at Megan with a playful glint in his eye.
"Jealousy is not the correct emotion."

Sadie then stepped out onto the patio to call the brutish Brit that had turned everybody's world upside down with the mention of one word. Jasper had been in chains, truthfully, but he was a little lost being untethered after centuries.

Jasper watched Sadie exit with her phone in hand. Jasper shook his head and looked back at Megan,
"You ever see something you wish you could unsee?" He was no longer talking about Sadie, he was trying to jog Megan's mind. He wasn't going to be too specific but he was going to probe. "I sometimes wish that someone could just look into my eyes and tell me, order me to forget something I saw and boom. Gone. Just like that." He fluttered his fingers in the air above his head, mimicking thoughts flying out of his head. "Ever wish that?"
Megan smiled at Sadie as she excused herself, confirming that she will call that current boyfriend of hers, though the air felt thick and heavy between her and Jasper as he kept digging at her. She refused to look at him as she kept on arranging and cleaning, though her jaw tightened when he said those words...

You ever see something you wish you could unsee?

She froze. Her hands in the sink, all of the washing motions on the glass have stopped. She didn't look at him, she simply stood there, frozen, only the water running over her hands and the glass she was washing.

But his next words just triggered something in her. She held the glass so hard that they started to shake and it smashed in her grasp into sharp little pieces, cutting her palm and causing her to bleed. The blood stained the soapy water as it whirled down into the drain. She did not even process what she had done. She felt no pain...

Her heart rate quickened. Her breaths were sharp and shaky. There was pounding in her head. Sounds... Noises... It was echoing, muffled, like beneath the water. Memories lost in the murky, dark sea. But there was a face... The lines and traits unfamiliar, yet she had seen it, almost as if it was from a strange dream. Maybe that face was not as unfamiliar as she thought.

Megan's head lifted as she looked at Jasper with so much anger as she reached out for the white towel to wipe off the blood from the cuts once she realized what she had done. "Did I order a fucking shrink or something? What the fuck?" Megan panted as if she ran a marathon. The anxiety rose to dangerous levels and she could not look at him.

She may not have answered his question, but her reaction told him everything he needed to know.
In his office building a few towns over, Fitzpatrick Darcy Allhallows leaned back in his posh leather office chair as he tried to convince a conglomerate of fast food and movies to invest in Sunset by bringing their business there. He boosted about the surfing competition that went so well and how he was going to bring more and more competitions to the town. He was currently working on a kite surfing competition he wanted to host in a month or so. The meeting was going well. He wrapped it up by offering some stats about the town and the low property rates.

When the call was over he looked out of the floor to ceiling window and out at the night sky. The stars were just starting to come out and he grinned to himself thinking about heading home for the evening. His phone rang than and he turned around to glance at the screen. He brushed his fingertip over the phone and answered it. “Hello, my love. How did you know I needed to hear your voice?”

He listened as the situation in the bar was explained to him. Jasper was in the bar acting weird towards her new employee and how he was demanding Fitzpatrick be summoned. Fitzpatrick, lifting one of his eyebrows at this information said softly, “Do you really think I look like him?”

He grinned at the phone, “I will wrap things up here and be at the bar in about thirty minutes. Sound good?” He hesitated, held his breath and then said, “Love you…” This was still new territory for them. He had let it slip once when they were in bed together but this was the first on the phone.
"Hey, my sweetheart. Well, I needed and wanted to hear yours, so I hoped you would feel the same. Plus, the bond we have seems to have grown substantially." She sweetly said with a hint of amusement as a smile spread across her face. "I hope that it was okay. Besides I was missing you already. I also have had something weird happening and to appease the situation. I am luring you in it. Though it was not planned, love." She chuckled softly as she remembered the other reason she called him.

She started explaining the situation about Megan and Jasper, followed by the 'challenge'. Though she had a feeling that it was Jasper up to something and it had to do with the new girl she hired. She started chuckling when she heard Fitzpatrick's question. "Again. I said similar, babe. NOT identical." She chastised playfully as she shook her head in amusement. "Also, nothing wrong with you looking similar. You both are very handsome, but you know you were made for me. And I you." She voiced sincerely, but also lovingly. She listened to him say he would be at the bar in thirty minutes after wrapping things up. Which made her smile brightly and anticipation course through her body. "Sounds great, Hallows. I will see you soon."

She then heard Fitzpatrick say the words she had heard once before while they were cuddled in bed together. Though she felt that time was a slip of the tongue, this time he said it over the phone. She waited a millisecond before, "I love you too..." She softly spoke as she hung up the phone after saying the words for the first time to him. She knew she did but had been scared to say them with how things had recently happened. She would see how he reacted to her saying them to him when he arrived. She put her phone back in her pocket and started to head back inside.

Just as she entered from the patio, she heard Megan's voice raise slightly, and her eyes widened in shock. She looked between Megan and Jasper as she approached them with caution. "What the hell is going on here? What happened?" Her gaze looked towards Megan's hand as she scented a metallic smell in the air. She went swiftly behind the bar and towards Megan as she grabbed the first aid kit on her way that was underneath the counter. "What happened to your hand, Meg?" She asked concerned, trying to take a closer look. If Megan allowed, Sadie would clean her wound and bandage it as they explained what was going on. Trying to calm down the atmosphere as she had felt the spike of anxiety rolling off of Megan.
