Isobel sat uncomfortably in the squad area. She never really worked with others, and wasn't quite sure how to go about forming a squad or what would be required of her. Hopefully her search would turn out well. John had shown an interest in becoming a squad with her, and now all they needed was a third.
Peritus enters the hall walking around the area, his traditional getta clicking the marble of the hall. He looks around curiously, his white locks flowing from side to side with each turn as it is held tightly in his pony tail. He brushed his hand on his plain black kimono flowing and rippling as he brushes his hands over it. He looks to Isobel in the distance and walks to her, resting his hand on the white-wrapped hilt on his sword. He smiles a bit, his forest green eyes scanning over her body to see what she professions. He raises an eyebrow to her and opens his mouth to speak, "Greetings, have you a squad in forming?" He spoke in a chipper, tenor tone that now echoed softly over the area.
Isobel heard the man approaching and turned her head to face him. She found that people felt more comfortable when she was at least facing them, even if she couldn't really look at them. She self-consciously crossed her arms, knowing that she looked like a little girl in an academy for warriors. The only sign of her fighting ability is the staff strapped to her back, between a pair of jet black wings. The man's tone put her at ease though and his infectious chipper tone made her smile. "Well, yes actually. Would you like to join?"
he studies her staff more in detail, he still wondered what powers lie in this young lady. His curiosity rising each second. "I would love to join your squad" he says in a calm voice. "It's peritus by the way"
His name sounded strange to her; she'd never heard it before. "I'm Isobel." Her smile turns into a laugh. "You know, I was worried that I wouldn't have anybody trying to group up with me. I know I'm not exactly warrior-looking."
He smiles at her and decided to get comfortable. he sits next to his new companion and drops his gear besides him, His sword rings and it echoes the halls ever so faintly. he sighs and with his friendly voice he says " your the first I saw in the room so I said to myself why not!" he continues to smile and continues to say "and who's the other member of the group?
((I've tried contacting the other person, but he hasn't replied We can move on and wait for another person to join if you want.))
Isobel smiled. Even if she was the only other person there, it was nice to know he had picked grouping with her rather than trying to start his own group without a seemingly weak blind girl in it. "I'm not quite sure yet...A man named John was pretty helpful to me the other day and seemed interested, but he hasn't shown up."

((I don't mind waiting if we have to))
He smiled and says, "so it seems as though this group is well finished", he chuckles to himself and wonders why he choose this girl over the other groups looking for members, Maybe it was the kindness she put of when he walked into the hall? He casted the thought aside and asks his new found friend "so are you a healer of some sort?" He says this while looking at her staff feeling his curiosity peak.

John walked into the massive room crowding with people and looked around. Isobel was around her somewhere, he just needed to figure out where, judging by her shyness she would probably be in a corner or sitting down somewhere, so that is where he started to look. He had been late due to some personal matters, but he probably would keep it to himself, not being the talkative type. John still wore his hood over his head, covering his face completely and shrouding it in darkness. He was dressed in his formal attire with his waistcoat pulled over him and pants tucked into his boots. John was a fairly large man so he definitely stuck out in the crowd.
Eventually he spotted Isobel sitting next to someone, and immediately started to walk over there. Hopefully it was someone who wanted to join the squad and not someone pestering her. His stride was very powerful and confident, showing that he was fully determined to carry out any action that he needed to do. After muscling throw the crowd he stood in front of them and stopped, looking over the man in the kimono. Then he looked over to Isobel and said, "Sorry I'm late...", in a deep voice. Then returned his gaze to the man sitting next to her, "A potential squadmate?", he asked.

Isobel was glad they had been able to find the final person of their group so quickly. She nodded in answer to Peritus' question. "Yeah, how did you know?" She was surprised he had guessed it so quickly. She tilted her head at the sound of heavy footsteps with a grin on her face. It was definitely John. She'd been worried when he hadn't shown up earlier. "That's alright, I'm sure you had your reasons for being late." She motioned towards Peritus. "This is Peritus, and yes, he is interested in joining our squad. Peritus, this is John, my other squadmate."
Peritus looked at the man with even more curiosity then before wondering what his ability's were. Born with dragons peritus never interacted with anyone outside his clan, so seeing all these different ability's gave him a slight chill of excitement. He stood from where he sat and stuck his hand out towards the man. With a excited tone to his voice, he says "welcome and I would like to join your squad, if you accept me that is". He tried to catch a glimpse of the mans face straining his eyes for a second or two. But ultimately failing in doing so.
John looked over Peritus, weighing him, judging him, trying to test his worth. It might be a little obvious to see what John's abilities were, well he wasn't wearing his armor right now and didn't have any weapons on him, plus his clothing my be misleading. Though, he was a large man and stood more than a foot over Peritus, and he was quite bulky as well. After looking at Peritus for a moment he nodded and said, "I suppose you'll do...", and reached out his hand, but he did not grab on to Peritus' hand rather his forearm. It's how the people up north greet each-other. He was completely oblivious(Or didn't care) to Peritus trying to stare into his hood, mainly because he got that a lot.
John unclasped his hand around Peritus' forearm and turned to face Isobel, he stared at her for a moment thinking to himself, before finally speaking up, "I suppose we need a name?". He looked to both of them, waiting for any suggestions. John kept his gaze on Isobel as he thought.

Isobel smiled and stood up as Peritus and John shook hands (or rather, forearms) and sized each other up. She mentally breathed a sigh of relief. Since she didn't really interact groupwise with people, she'd been nervous about having someone in the group who would cause conflict. Neither of the guys in front of her seemed that way though, so she decided she didn't need to worry about it.
She tilted her head thoughtfully when John mentioned coming up with a name for the squad. She hadn't given any thought to it at all. "Hmmm...you got any ideas?" She asked the both of them at the same time she considered and rejected multiple names.

The sudden thought of the squad name was surprising to peritus. He stood and thought of the many names he possibly could. The names went through his head but he couldn't quite pick one out. "I'm not to sure what our name should be, this is a tough one indeed". He sat back down to his original position and tried to pick a name for the group.
John wasn't really one for picking names, and to be honest he would rather the squad just be unnamed. Though he was guessing that they would need something for a 'call-sign' for identification rather than just, 'our squad', so he supposed he should try and put some names out there. He folded his arms across his chest and looked down, trying to think clearly. Many practical names popped up in his head, but he thought the the rest of the group wouldn't much like them, and he began questioning why he was trying to do this anyways, it wasn't much of his thing.
He reached his hand up to his chin, which was consumed by darkness as he lifted it up to his hood. "Hmmm....quite", he mumbled as he continued to think. Eventually he decided to try going with some roman names, "The Principes?", he scratched the back of his head, but calling themselves simple foot soldiers might not be very unique, though John was a practical man so he didn't want to go for anything heavy.

Thinking on what the squad name should be, peritus says " how about...... Hmmm that won't work" seeming to think out loud peritus continued to speak to himself, until John gave a name. He looked at john with a defeated look more on not thinking up a name rather than not coming up with a name. " the principles hmmmm I wouldn't mind the name". He lay back crossing his arms behind his head thinking of the name for a bit.
Isobel grinned. "I think it was principes, without the l. Not that there's anything wrong with principles. Actually, I hope most people here have principles." She paused when she realized she was getting off track. "I'm not sure what principes are though." She said with a questioning tilt of her head in John's direction. It sounded like a different language, likely from somewhere in Europe.
John looked at both of them and shook his head, "It wouldn't be very good....", he scratched the back of his head. Of course he pulled something from the roman era to name there group, he loved the study of that nation when he was in his knights college. He turned to look at Isobel and said, "It is a roman soldier....specifically trained heavy infantry that carried large shields...", he rubbed the back of his head again, thinking that it might have been stupid to have spoke up.
He decided that it would probably be best for someone that lacked creativity like him to not decide the group name, so he left it to the other two. Unless they were completely stumped he would help them out. John simply moved over to Isobel and sat down.

((Sorry I was gone so long! I was trying to think of a good name and my internet stopped working ))
Isobel tilted her head and paced, making sure to stay in the same area and not bump into anything. "Maybe Valkyries...no, they were all women..." She murmured to herself. "Hmmm, what about the Centurions?" She didn't know much about them, but she thought John would like it. Suddenly her steps stopped and she smiled. "Or the Battle-Storm Squad?" It sounded fierce to her, and she liked it, but it definitely wasn't subtle.

Peritus liked the names being thrown out but they didn't really fit the group. "How bout we think of something that matches our personalitys". It was the only idea he could think of on names.
