As you had finally arrived at the place that is Scorched Ruins. Your first views were of a large number of different buildings and many other places or some sort of structures. All of these objects and places withinthis area seemed to be trashed and falling apart. A numerous amount of places seemed to have holds in their exteriors and all the surrounding foliage had been crisped down into charcoal.
The area seemed to be rather tinted in an ash color. The place itself had gotten it's name for its appearance as for what lurked inside of these Ruins. Well, not many people have gone to the place to look around and explore. Your mission "To the Scorched Ruins" mentions of a recent squad who had went here on an expedition for the fire blossoms that are known to grow in this area.
Strangely enough the members on the squad had never returned. The names of the individuals and their school rankings had been listed below the squad seemed to be extremely well constructed. What ever had happened to them must have been bad.
Eliot - 4th Year Class: Warrior
Rebecca - 2nd Year Class: Priest
Stanton - 5th Year Class: Elemental Magician
Your mission States to find confirmation of the missing squad and bring back a fire blossom. The squads time missing has been about two weeks now. Danger here within the Scorched Ruins has been said to be below a threat level of four.

Feeling the bus come to a halt, Iveth woke and tugged the earbuds from her ears as she stared out the window towards the ruins before them. Whatever happened here must've been big to create that much of a mess. Slowly, she sat up from her seat then peered over to Kenn and Sasuki.
Kenn got up from his seat and started to walk down the isle out the door, he looked back waiting for Iveth and Sasuki
Sasuki was in his seat, sleeping heavily on his seat. He snored softly in his chair as his bag was used as a pillow. He seemed warm and comfortable, but the area around hi was chilling.
Iveth hauled up her heavy bag and began to follow Kenn out before seeing that Sasuki was still in his seat. As she came to notice he was asleep, she sook her head with a grin and knocked on his forehead. "You in there?" she chuckled as she waited for him to awaken, muttering, "and who was it that said we have no time for delay..?"
Kenn was already out of the bus and he was staring at his surroundings, he paused and was standing there staring into oblivion as a flash from the past came to him. A memory of a burning town was all he could see, he shook himself and looked back to the bus waiting for the others to get off
He shakes and wakes up, some confusion on his face. "What now?" He said in a groggy voice and looks around. "How many days was I out?" He questioned as he stood up slowly and grabbed his bag. His bloodshot eyes wandering quickly around the scenery and calming down. "Oh, we're here."
She only shook her head as she dismounted the bus and took in the sight as she came to stand beside Kenn. Almost immediately she began to recognize the place from the map that she had cramped into her mind in such little time and they had also come to retrieve three others. "I hope you guys had a good rest. We have a lot to do today," her eyes scanned carefully over everything.
Kenn began to walk towards one of the nearby ruined structures, he seemed to want to know about these buildings although he did not say a word. He got up close to one and hesitated to walk inside looking around the interior
The wind was currently blowing around large amounts of Ash into the air. It seemed to have a quite gray tint to the air now. The air seemed to be moving from the west to east currently. The long dry air seemed to be carried with this air it was almost consuming.
Looking around it seems that with a closer inspection that everything is currently completely covered in ash. The place seemed to be have lifeless for a very long time now. The coats of ash seemed to be disturbed slightly on a track to the east. So it would seem to be very likely that it would be possible that this was traveled upon recently. It was hard to say with this constant amount of blowing ash around.

Kenn looked around closely and found what looked to him like a foot print and he saw a trail of them leading off towards the east. He walked out of the building and was sticking close to the ground to follow the foot prints as best he could making a light source from his hand so the others could follow him and so he could see better as well
He walks out and yawns, flames bursting from his mouth as he walks near the group. He looks around and smiles a bit. "So this is the area, I wasn't sure if it was to be full of flames or just lava ponds." He chuckles and shakes his head. "It's nadem. (Well shit.)" he walks beside them and smiles softly as he looks around. "So where do we start?"
With the ash filling her lungs, Iveth began to cough and her eyes began to burn, barely being able to see the light emanating from Kenn's hand. Despite her discomfort against the wind and ash she followed him, slinging her bag over her shoulder.
His eyes seemed to bring worry as he continued. " hold on everyone." He said as he walked towards the two. He smiles a bit. "I can help with the ashes if you want help with it." His smile broadens a bit as he walks, now seeing that the ash will be a problem as he waves away the has from his breathing room, but finding it hard to ignore them as he breaths in a bit and coughs a bit more, flames bursting from his lips again.
The path finally seemed to split into three different directions. One headed downward to the depths below it had seemed to be a cavern of sorts. The one on the left seemed to be completely covered in ash and seemed undisturbed. While the one on the right showed a path that had been crumbled in on. Perhaps still able to be traversed but, seemed extremely dangerous. The foot prints had faded perhaps covered over by the constant rain of ash.
Kenn stopped at the fork in the road and looked upon the three, the cave seemed most likely to him but he wanted to continue his observations first before making his decision letting his cloak flap around undisturbed in the wind of the ash
"The worst thing we can do is part, so let us stay together no matter what." He walks over to the three paths and thinks, rubbing the length of his index to thumb against his rugged jaw line. "I'm not sure what to pick." He looks to Iveth with question. "Leader?"
((This'll be my last post for today since I'm extremely tired from getting to sleep at 2am for the past two days. Haha))
The cave looked to be a good option although she wondered if the road that was crumpled on had always been that way. Maybe the group prior had caused it or maybe not. Either way the cave looked to be the safer option, but anything could happen. The road covered in ash may have been the one to go as well..

Kenn came up with a hypothesis of his own "the ash covered road could not be it because the ash would fly up into their nostrils and cause discomfort, the rubble covered road could have been that way for a while and they didn't take it due to it being unstable and unsafe therefore the cave would be the most liable option due to it being out of the ash weather and not unstable from what can e observed" he said beginning to walk towards the cave
Sasuki focused for a moment, he seems to be focused for a second, but smiles and nods. He looks around with a smile and looks to the two of the. Ashes blow towards them, but Sasuki moves over to the ashes and burns them all away, now showing that hater is a flame shield around him than is mainly activated on will. But he turns it off and leaves it as a form of heat shield. He smiles softly and looks back to the. "Well, I'm up for any road, but we have to stay together."
