While much of the house's work is done out of The Tether, it's core location is the Balestra Estate in the Kasuria mainland some ways North East of Port Lethora, where you would land coming from Guilderem and is infact one of the quickest ways from Port Lethora to Alderston.. It's location is prime, sat off of an old trade route through the nearby woods and next to the Kasurian Mountains not far from the nearby desert.
The Estate is Zel's personal home, the result of his many years traveling across Kasuria and building his family name. On the grounds there is a fully capable forge, a stocked alchemical building, and a chapel within walking distance. The estate itself is known by reputation to serve as a bed and breakfast to weary travelers on the road.
