It's apparent that this city has seen better days. Many of the cities buildings are run down. It was an early settlement along the coast, and for a long time it was a thriving waterfront city but in the last 50 years or so things have gone down hill. Most of the residents moved to other places. The Sabbat have control over this city.

Landmarks
Hall of Champions: Located through a door way in the main lobby, this room is filled with portraits and statues of various people who Kyle feels have had a major impact on his life in some way.
Hidden Beach: It's exact location along the shore line is unknown but this is a private strip of beach presumably only accessible through the TNT facility itself. It normally doesn't yield public access but on rare occasions, it's location can be revealed to someone so they may enjoy it.
Inn: A small four room facility branched off from the main lobby, these mid sized rooms offer people a place to stay and rest for the night if their weary from their travels upon coming to the facility.
Library: Located across the hall from the tavern, the library has a small but diverse selection of books and reading materials including maps and globes for navigational purposes. The books in it span a variety of subjects from combat, to beasts found throughout the world, magic and other subjects. A lot of the books were written by Kyle himself and as such are first person accounts rather than just basic information as most books of similar subjects would offer.
Prisoner Holding Area: Put into the facility to accommodate even bounty hunters with a meal ticket in tow, this second basement of the facility has numerous restraint devices such as shackles and prison cells in which people can store prisoners, bounties and so forth and be able to relax a bit. The door is magically sealed so that it can't be opened by conventional means from inside the prison area itself.
Ranch Area: Located behind the facility, this ranch is of typical ranch design with a barn and silo. It's got several horses available for public use around the grounds or around the ranch itself. This facility used to belong to Kyle's wife mainly but after her death, he continues to maintain and care for this area occasionally even going for a horse ride himself.
Roof Top Arena: Located on the facilities roof, this arena is used primarily for tournaments that Kyle will occasionally hold. It has several chairs on one side for combatants to sit in as well as several others for spectators of the tournament.
Tattoo Parlor: The primary function of this facility, on the main floor of this facility are a few separate rooms for giving people ink jobs. It has a wide variety of ink types and needles so what the beings outer skin layer is made of isn't a problem most of the time. It also has a wide variety of paints for those who wish to go the less permanent route of body painting rather than tattooing. These rooms also serve as body piercing rooms as well.
Tavern: Taking up the majority of the second floor, the tavern serves as TNT's dining facility for guests and employees of the facility alike. It offers a wide assortment of both food and drink and very rarely is a customer told the facility doesn't have something they order.
Training Area: Located down a flight of stairs from the Hall of Champions, this is one of two basements the facility has. This particular one houses a arena for sparring as well as numerous training and exercising machines and a closet filled with training gear and weapons including weighted clothes, practice swords and so forth.";
