If someone rented it for the prior month, they will be given a chance to retain it either with points or a paid rental before anyone else can occupy the space. If you see your points spread on various alts and would like to rent property, you may contact Clio directly to have them consolidated confidentially. We will require verification that you own both alts, however, to prevent cheating.
You may only be a keyholder for one apartment and one business at any given time. Anyone who has a minimum of 3 points may pool them with another person to rent property.
