Good morning, lovely things!
I have the most beautiful news to share with you!
Just yesterday we recieved our first Patreon support from two very wonderful individuals! First, a very surprising contribution from Anny/Fiebs, who brought us VERY CLOSE to our first milestone which was the minimum needed to maintain our Dream Package!
Soon after we recieved an extremely generous pledge from Victoria who not only breached the first milestone for us but blew the FIRST THREE out of the park completely!
To the two of you, thank you so much! I wish I could better put into words how grateful we are for your support!
With their combined pledges, Hongu can afford to maintain a World Package which will be put to hefty use when we get deeper into rebuilding the map. For those of you who may not know, the World Dream Package will give Hongu an ASTOUNDING 450 x 450 map to work on! That's more than TWICE that size of a normal dream! Not only that, but Hongu will also have a whopping 60 local species spaces to work with!
Some of those spaces will definitely be put to use for official locals, but Patreon supporters automatically get a reserved "spot" for whatever avatar they would like, be it a pre-made avatar, something of their own, or something commissioned. More information on renting spaces will be available after the dream is rebuilt.
Our next milestone will allow us to devote more time to Hongu's avatars (32-bit updated avatars!) alongside a makeover by Colors for our forums with Epic membership- check out their coding skills here! Beyond that I'll be able to comfortably contribute most of my time to Hongu, even so far as going full-time. I would very much like to do that, so here's to our current and future supporters!
