Greetings, villains! I have a humble request for you all.
For the sake of easy reference, could all of you who have villains here post a quick overview of your villain (and post it as the villain)? Just a quick 1-3 paragraph description of what/who they are, what sort of villain they are, their usual methods and settings, stuff like that. Anything that could be useful to someone looking for a villain. Make sure to be clear.
Whenever I come across someone looking for a villain, I'll mention both this topic and the public Villains-R-Us topic. This way, they can quickly look through all of you without having to visit each individual profile.

Ocular, as he is called in the common tongue, is a Beholder. For those who don't know what a Beholder is, information is available on his page. For those who do know what a Beholder is, there are a few notable differences that may be worth considering prior to dismissing him as just another monster. Unlike most Beholders, Ocular is not insane, he is capable of rational thought(most of the time) and can be reasoned with so long as one abides by a few simple guidelines(detailed on the character page).
Due to his sanity, Ocular has come to realize that there are more amusing things to do with humanoids than eat them. He is not above consuming humanoids, and he is at least as evil as the next Beholder, but he likes to get to know his food first so he can get some entertainment out of it before eating it. This "eat second" mentality has lead to more than one long term interaction with humanoids of particular interest. The interests of the humanoid rarely factor into Ocular's decision making process, only his interests in them.
Among the many treasures Ocular has collected from his victims over the centuries is a magic amulet that permits him to travel between dimensions. It is not accurate, easily capable of missing a city entirely, but more conventional methods of travel can make up the difference. Ocular is available for your character's displeasure in any setting or time.

Dark chuckles emanate from the corners of the room. "so you wish to know who i am.... " the voice echoed through the suspense filled room. "My name is Vector", the man laughs hideously. " There are only two reasons why i am here before you all, either you have come in search of me to join or aid you, or perhaps the other i have come to erase your soul from existence."
The only visible notation from vector is his luminescent eyes glaring at you." what do you say, shall you be my prey tonight or perhaps you come to offer me a head to take, either way i demand blood".

Sorry guys i kinda read that statement wrong. I thought it was meant to be an in character post about ourselves. Now that that has been cleared up here is my character Vector.
Vector is a man made creation between science(dark magic ) and the tainted soul of humanity. He is a being that is the essence of darkness in a sense. While vile and ruthless vector can also be very calm and detached and aloof. His personality changes drastically at any given moment so there is no real way to say how he is going to react.
Vector is also known to crave the spilling of blood, its more to feed his egotism, but dont let that fool you he is cunning and most of all unstable. Filled with mixed feelings about humanity and its place in the world Vector is always at odds being split with his mind and thus conflicted throughout his decision making

Villains
Lord Azarkot Samuel Wilhelm du Idexii
A wealthy landowner of an estate that fuels the local economy of its neighboring city. Callous and ruthless, he hides horrific deeds and dangerous political dances behind a suave, polite demeanor and the family's accounting books.
He's also a demon, inhuman in behavior beneath a mortal veil.
He's also a demon, inhuman in behavior beneath a mortal veil.
The Notorious Pyrate, Captain Murdoch Roanoake Forest of The Emerald Wavesplitter
Bastard offspring of a dead king, half-brother to the legitimate son. Captured by bandits and held for an unpaid ransom, he was sold off into slavery and snatched up by a band of pirates looking to expand their crew. Decades later he has gone on to form his own crew and command his own ship, a turquoise brig outfitted like a one-man-navy, fit to plunder and be as free from life's constraints as he likes.
His Grace Emperor Jonathan Eran Typhus III of the Imperial Sovereign Nation of Chehtor
Iron-pawed tyrant of a vast land of former nations. Known to be highly vicious and capable of backing up his threats, he commands his nation with absolute power, and he defends it with a devastating military force.
Non-Villains
Lady Forest (nee Wilhelm)
Strange off-spring of Lord Wilhelm, third daughter of four. A psychic...something of some furry manner, the scandalous noblewoman has a penchant for swears and drinks happens to run her own business of shop keeping. While not a damsel in distress, she has a bad tendency to get into big trouble...
Doctor Aaron Fleischer:
His setting is modern, urban and typically one in which the existence of magic and supernatural beings is far from widespread knowledge.
Aaron doesn't set out to be a 'villain,' and he's far from a laughing maniac - though perhaps it would be easier for those friends who run afoul of him if he were.
A biology professor, well-connected underground, well-versed in many a sober and strange topic, and amoral through and through, Aaron is willing to get what he wants, and learn what he wants by any means necessary - all while maintaining a veneer of respectability, sociability and likability.
The fact that he can also transform into a cannibalistic canine creature seems almost incidental.
Please don't mention eighties music or pop culture anywhere near him.

Availability: Sporadic, strange, and incredibly subject to change. I'm very, very sorry in advance. Send me a private message and I'll try to work things out.

The literal concept of nothingness and non-existence itself, commonly acting through a physical conduit or "avatar" through which he can interact with existence. He is also the phenomenon known to many as the Void, the eternal dark nothingness beyond all time and space that appears to the eye - naked or no - as an endless, empty expanse of black. (many such similar things known in existing works are usually separate from Vadraaghain, he is the OMNIVERSAL void that encompasses all existence but is not work specific, so something like Sithis may or may not have relation) His bodies are often, when not quite in the shape of a humanoid entity, extremely grotesque and otherworldly to the point that looking upon them for an extended period can result in insanity being visited upon the unfortunate viewer(s).
Vadraaghain is quite upset mentally, in that due to the events he has experienced in his backstory he has been left with two personas in his mind, both as different from the other as they could be; practically two different people. The original Vadraaghain is the secondary half, being suppressed and subdued by the primary persona. The one in control is the reason this character is part of this group, as it wishes to see all of existence, in every universe, dimension, and even every multiverse eradicated forever. This can be attributed to his great nihilism, which mutated from his original goal that set him on this destructive path and keeps him from seeing any value in anything that doesn't aid him in his endeavors.
His powers are vast to the point where he arrogantly considers himself above the gods themselves (and may or may not be correct), and may or may not limit the kinds of characters and RPs he can be used in (this is at the other person's discretion). He works best in longer plots that encompass either epic journeys that feature him as the main villain and endboss and/or tragic, even Lovecraftian tales that end in terror and chaos for everyone, but he certainly can appear nearly anywhere and is perfectly willing to make anyone's life much, much worse.
Basically he's real broken and I am sorry for this. /SHOT

Silja wouldn't call herself evil or even the villain in her own story... but how many truly do? She's the victim, she'll insist. Abducted, violated, a Daughter of Coldharbour turned on the psychotic whim of an elder monster for resembling someone that he missed. Never mind the lives she's devoured since then or the dark turns her magical research has taken. Never mind the others she's used to get what she wants or to sate her hunger. In the end, Silja is a creature of want.
She's never sated.
A vampire and a sorceress, Silja is from the Elder Scrolls setting by default but is easily customized to any fantasy genre. It's possible she could even find her place in a more modern RP though the situation would have to be well discussed before hand. Silja was human, once, but has lived as a monster now for longer than she was ever flesh and blood. It grows harder, as the years roll on, to remember to have empathy for her food. To force herself to feel something other than satisfaction when she drains another's life force. She doesn't always succeed in making herself feel anything. It frightens, even terrifies her.
Silja is a user; she's intelligent and clever. She prefers to manipulate and coerce rather than outright destroy with spells. The vampiress wanted in life and wants in immortality; to destroy the one who made her as she is, to destroy her kin for so often mocking her and demeaning her. She wants to become an Arch-Mage. She wants to plumb the depths of knowledge best left undisturbed. She wants to be free of her chains. She wants to die. She wants to live forever. She'll want until Judgement Day comes and even then still find a desire or two unfulfilled, a trail of bodies behind her and blood staining her lips.
Silja works well as the sterotypical vampire brooding in its lair over a small town of dead-eyed peasants who know their role in the food chain. She's also dynamic enough to travel or even be an adventurer. She's ultimately a selfish creature, however. Genuine feeling and empathy have long ago fled her dead heart leaving nothing but shadows and echoes where they used to reside. She can remember what it was to feel love and even mimic more positive behavior but it's a ruse; Silja's only recalling the memory of how such things were rather than experiencing them fresh again. More than one person has attempted to break through that shell, none have succeeded, but she's also available for a doomed romance RP as such with a very high chance of eventually devouring someone.
Please check out her page for more though her history is an ongoing project which I poke at then I'm not feeling lazy.

Wether to be a normal hero in an RP or a grinning antagonist designed to mess with everyone and their feelings, she'll be able to do it all. The Eyes in a Shadow, or Saena is extremely flexible for all kinds of RPs. She can be a normal wanderer, with a unsettling grin wherever she goes, the dastardly illusionist designed to wreak havoc on everyone's lives, or a simple everyday hero or companion to travel with on your ventures. Normally she is for High-Fantasy, and Adventure settings, but she is capable of alot more.
(If you're going for an antagonist, a setting she could be used for is a setting like "The Thing", where she goes around and kills each of the protagonists until they figure out who the "monster" is. (or atleast try to.))

Lucifer Von Crow hides behind the illusion of a young, polite and kind man to hide his true being. A horrible human distortion, born at the beginning of time to decide fate for all that exists, Lucifer has since abandoned this job in favour of leading the once noble Council Of Fate into the darker territory of crime and choas.
Lucifer does best in modern settings with magic and fantasy aspects being thrust in at places.
Oh! Also, to the people who think Lucifer is overpowered? He is. He's ment to be OP. He's basically a God Of Destiny, so I wouldn't recommend fighting him as it would probably lead to your character's near immediate injury or death BUT! Lucifer can be a powerful ally in a fight, effortlessly slashing through enemies with ease using his clawed tentacles.
