- Every sailor gets an equal share of the boon. The share will be taken from what's left over after repairs to the ship have been made, and the ships restocked.
- Every sailor is their own person, but every man will abide by the chain of command. Mutiny will be met with fierce retribution, survivors will be keel hauled and if they still draw breath, marooned.
- Every sailor is allowed to leave when they feel it pertinent to do so. No free person is bound to service. No man on leave will receive their cut of the bounty. No work, no pay.
- Let a sailor drink their share of rum, but if they act like a drunkard; let it be known they will be seized and thrown into the brig until sober, ridicule likely to follow.
- Only the Commandant, Captain, and First Mate can pull, or give rank, and only with good reason. To lose rank would mean one acted disgracefully. With this said, if a sailor was to disobey a command from a superior, that superior does have the right to dull out punishment within reason. If there are any questions about this, please review the 2nd law.
- Disputes will be handled internally, altercations between two shipmates will be settled between them. If not verbally then by means of fisticuffs. when its over, its over. If a dispute between two or more groups arises. It will be handled by mediation and congregation. No work will be done until the dispute is settled. This may be our job, but on that ship we are a family... We work together, we live together, we rise together, and we die together.
- Any one asking for a parlay will be brought to the captain or commandant and will not be harmed until released from the captain's company.
- When in combat every one of our enemies is nothing more but a corpse, fight with such ferocity that our names will be akin to the nightmares of strong men,
