A few days ago, a young female stumbled across an old campsite. She was alone with no clan to run to. As she examined the broken houses, an idea came to her. She could start her own clan. One where they weren't treated unequally. She smiled and set down the bag she was carrying.
Shunkaha wiped her forehead before jumping down from the roof of the newly fixed house. She stood on her hind paws, her black and silver fur damp with sweat from the hard work she had done. After about 4 days, she had managed to fix up 3 houses. She sighed and looked around, sad she was alone. She transformed back into her human form.
Her long, brown hair fell to her waist. Her sky blue eyes wandered around the partially repaired campsite. She wore a blue dress but no shoes. She walked over to the central fire and lit the fire for the chilly night ahead.
Shunkaha hoped someone would come to join her clan. She hated being alone. Especially at night where the nightmares of her old clan being murdered in front of her when she escaped. She sat down and pulled her knees to her chest, placing her chin on her arms.

As a younger wolf Liam was forced to leave his his own pack because of the new Alpha therefore for the time being he was pack-less and remained that way until now, looking to find a pack to join or creating one of his own if it came it came down to it. No task could be too large in his perspective and he was willing to take on anything. He had no problem being alone, it was only because it would be a risk to be pack-less; less of an advantage and he had no big interest in living alongside with humans.
Liam was on no particular run today. It was a scent that brought him out of his stalking, sure that it was either another werewolf or a purebred. Gender could always be told and he concluded the one he scented was a female though he couldn't confirm whether she was in a pack or not, however she was the only one his nose could pick up. Perhaps she was alone, but of course he took precautions, approaching vigilantly with nose lifted to affirm that she was alone. With silent steps he kept distance a few yards away, anxious as a house came into view. By now she may have scented him as well although he still chose against approaching. Being pack-less gave him few chances to take risks and he was not looking to end his life today or any other day for that matter. Instead he stalked around, catching glimpses here and there.

Shunkaha was about to dose off when she caught the scent of another. She stood up and looked around before making the fire brighter so she could see. She did not want to shift into her wolf form since the male she scented would be more likely to attack. She swallowed as she looked into the darkness.
She was just as helpless for she didn't have a pack either. She stood her ground and stood tall to show she had no weaknesses even though she was scared. She never faced another wolf, especially one who probably had more experience than her.

The expansion of the fire made him back away a few feet, but as time went by without a trace of any other besides her he began to grow confident in approaching, brazen you could say. He resumed his position to where he was before though he took it up a few notches by entering into the glow of the fire where he could see her and she could see him. His eyes sharpened due to the fire darkening everything else as he tried to study here.
Indeed she was a werewolf, and indeed she was alone. Noticing her defiance he decided against testing it, pacing instead until she'd allow him further in. Of course she had her suspicions that he was a part of a pack as well.

(I was hoping one of the others would reply )
She blinked and backed a few steps more to the fire without meaning to. She didn't have a pack yet so she couldn't chase him away. Though her half-blood form would probably help a lot in this sorta situation. She swallowed more and clenched her fist so she could stop herself from trembling.
She watched the other with her sky blue eyes. She let out a growl, testing if her would run or back away. He might not since he was probably older than her and more powerful.

((Yeah, I get what you mean. I'm pretty surprised no one else has responded yet.))
Of course Liam would be defiant against her growl and sent one of his own though it wasn't aggressive, yet it was still a bit of a demand. The new form only brought his minor interest to a vital one and he managed to gain a few steps towards her, his nose raking up her scent. It was confirmed that she was no threat. She was indeed young and alone, one of the worst positions she could be in.
With the confirmation that she was no real threat he took on his bare human form, combing back his tousled hair with his thick fingers. "Cut the crap," was the first thing that slipped through his lips, his face not able to be read at the moment.

Shunkaha backed up a few steps when he turned human. She was nearly a foot shorter than him and that intimidated her a little." What crap? You are trespassing on my territory." She tried to keep her voice strong, keeping her eyes at his. Her eyes turned yellow and she let her canines and her claws grow longer. She was trying to not seem weak.
"Now go or I'll make you." Her voice sorta cracked from the defensive growl she had voiced. If he got any closer, she would try to scare him off more but since he was taller, she would be overpowered." There goes my chance at being an alpha though...I might have a chance if I'm careful." She thought to herself as she watched him in case he made a move.

"Your territory?" his head tilted skeptically and his arms crossed loosely over his barren chest, "This is basically a No Man's Land." Briefly, his eyes scanned over the small place she stayed in, a grin creeping to his lips before his gaze returned to her. Of course he took note to her growing claws, concluding that she was going to take this to a new level. Surely she wasn't going to challenge him, was she?
"Make me," Liam mocked, as fur began to spread over his skin again and the repulsive sound of his bones disfiguring fillling the air as he took on a form that was between his wolf and his human, gaining a few inches of height as well.

She tensed." I am Shunkaha Ancient-Song! I claimed this land and I have done nothing to anger or offer you a fight but I will fight you if you keep it up." She let her features recede as she turned toward the fire. She was frightened of his reason for approaching but she did her best not to show her fear.
She took as quietly of a deep breath as she could." Now leave unless you are here to join my pack." She was sure fear had crept into her voice but she ignored it. She hated ignorant males. He was probably only here looking for a mate and unfortunately, she was a young female out on her own with no one around to protect her.

His tail brushed the ground rapidly, anticipating a fight that he hadn't had in a while. There was something about it that he enjoyed though he wasn't looking to hurt her too badly. Persistent females should be praised, but in this case she was alone and her persistence could get her killed if she was not wise.
At her last sentence, his head tilted to see if he heard that right. "Your pack?" his voice rumbled deeply in his throat, thunderous almost, as he mused over the new topic. As far as he knew there was no pack, that was, unless she was thinking of making one of her own which would be difficult, yet not impossible. "You have no pack," he reminded her as if she'd forgotten though this seemed to have spiked his interest.

"I am aiming to make one." She turned back to him." Are you interested on joining? You'd have to prove yourself." She made her sky eyes impassive as she studied him." I would like it if you would change into your human form. I hate feeling threatened for then I thrash out. I might be smaller but I can fight." She tried her best to show confidence. She was still scared of him but he seemed less likely to attack her which she was grateful for. She didn't like to fight but she did what she had to do to survive.
Liam mused over it a moment, his eyes laid upon the fire as he thought. It wasn't long until he complied to her wish, taking on his human form once again with a shudder. "I might be," he was still deep in thought about this, apprehensive. A few doubts flew into his mind, the doubt that she was too young to lead a pack and that she wouldn't know how to, but with his assistance.. Perhaps she could get somewhere with this. "Alright," he confirmed, "but you have to prove yourself to me too."
"I require you proving loyalty. What do you require?" She was happy he turned back and was excited about that fact he wanted to join. She watched him more. She wondered why he was joining but she hid her curiousity well as she stepped to the side, away from the fire. A few twigs snapped under her bare feet but she didn't notice.
Of course he wouldn't object to that, he knew it was something that was required in every pack. "What your future pack will require. If you're going to lead me you need to know how to lead and I need to know if I can trust you," he informed, not moving from his place. Usually it was harder for females to lead packs, but with enough effort and skill on her behalf then it could be done.
She blinked and hesitated." I have experience in a clan. My father was a leader of one." She rubbed her arm." I have been raised a spiritualist and I plan on devoting everything to this pack." She rubbed her head." I don't obiw how to prove stuff to you exactly. I'm only 20 so I'm a bit young. I could really use help to run a pack."
"With time. There's no other way you can, " his shoulders rose and fell with shrug. Liam could only agree to that last fact and he gave a nod of consideration before he trailed back on her words. "Was a leader of a pack.. Whatever happened to him?" he presumed that maybe her father had been defeated by another oncoming Alpha which was similar to his case.
a deep low howl sounding like the rumble of thunder echoed throughout the abandoned campsite, the cry of a wildesheer werewolf. Lore tells that the Wildesheer and the bringers of the end times.
From the edge of the tree line a large figure could be seen moving forward, a low growl emanating from the creature. he walked towards the two, having been laying in wait for the majority of his life he has no clue what they were.

Shunkaha was silent and when she was was about to speak, she caught the sound of a howl. Her eyes turned yellow as she tensed, looking toward the direction of the howl. She swallowed as she spotted the creature. She turned towards the creature, her eyes turning back to blue. She didn't want to make him attack them.
(Sorry. Mind went blank )

Liam's nose picked up another scent. If it was a female he would've been leisure but it wasn't. It was indeed a male. He returned into the form he was before, bristled up as he growled tensely. Whoever it was was undoubtedly tall, but Liam was arrogant and brazen. It would take a whole lot of beating to get him to back down.
Luke stopped several feet away from the pair, his eyes slowly moving from the male then to the female and then again to the male. The wooly beast saw no threatening body language from the female, however the male was giving off a defensive that was clear to the Wildesheer.
Luke was offended by this display, he had given a howl to signal that he was in the area and he gave a growl that told that he had claimed this territory.
The only thought that was going through through the lumbering giants mind was "Foolish whelp!"
Luke beared his teeth, his lips parting upwards. He began to wag his tail high in a slow methodical pace.
No longer slouching, his skin started to tighten showing off his muscle.
Looking down at the male he stared directly into his eyes and asked "You sure you wanna do this kid?"
With a grin of false confidence he took a step towards the smaller male.
