A confident looking elemental made of swirling steam. Its body is mostly in the form of a cyclone, but it has two arms and has manifested two glowing cyan eyes.

The second mini-boss to make an appearance in 2021.

Boss. 10000 HP. Inflicts blight. No specific resistances or weaknesses. Does not recover each round.
