She/her pronouns.

Necromancer, full title Inilorh Moonfall the Bone Singer.

Inilorh usually wears an ensemble of black robes and jewelry made from humanoid vertebrae, and carries a staff carved with runes that
"hurt the eyes to look at" and topped with a fist-sized ruby. Although when eating sticky foods, she apparently changes into a simple white and grey dress that is presumably easier to launder.

Inilorh signed the Open Letter to Eladus and the Order of Volcanic Tranquility, asking that a greater range of diversity in lifeforms and magic types be added to the Order of Volcanic Tranquility. Apparently still dissatisfied with the lack of action this letter caused, Inilorh went further, breaking into the palace and interrupting a royal dinner to make her point:

The royal family was interrupted during dinner by the sudden appearance of a black-robed figure, which identified itself as “The Bone Singer.” Said figure was reported to be carrying a staff carved with runes that hurt the eyes to look at and topped with a fist-sized ruby. In addition, palace guards claim that the figure was wearing “so much carved bone it looked like it had on the spines of at least three people.”
General pandemonium ensued as the guards found that their swords were repelled by a barrier of black light, which also threw them across the dining hall. The sound of metal armor impacting stone made the words that the figure was speaking hard to hear, but sources inside the palace have repeated the message as, “You think you see the spectre of death perched upon Mount Ovation, but you do not have the vision to see death as I do. Your volcanic order cannot hope to avert death without staring it in the face.” with only minor variations.
The entire encounter is estimated to have lasted no more than 90 seconds, before the figure disappeared again. The guards who had been flung suffered only minor injuries, including bruises and sprains.

As the date of Mount Ovation's predicted eruption draws ever-closer, and Eladus realizes that this three-pronged solution will not be enough, he begins meeting in secret with Inilorh. When discovered, he claims that he was simply meeting with users of "non-conventional magic" to alleviate the continuing pressures about diversity, and had no real intention of including necromancy in the Order. However, the final journal entry we have access to for Eladus reveals what they were really doing:

We’re out of time. The final edits by Usim and Rhozora to our enchantments have been unexpectedly effective, and brought us so much closer to the balance that is needed.
But there’s still excess power, and it must go somewhere.
There is one way that I can balance this equation, but the others will never agree.
If we fill the caverns surrounding Ovation with the undead, the power required to keep them animated can be absorbed. If the spell is well-maintained, no one will ever know what I have agreed to. If the balance of the spell fails, the dead will batter their way out of their tombs. Ligorin doesn’t think that I heard her about the need for warnings to future generations, but I did. When they trace back the source of this plague, they will find the enchantments - and the volcano - that they have forgotten. May it be enough warning for future civilizations.
May the Genres forgive me.
