I'm just trying to breathe, just trying to figure it out,
because I built these walls to watch them crumbling down.

The mind is a delicate thing. So precious and fragile, housing the memories of our lives and of who we are within it. We rely on it to hold onto every part of ourselves, and when that becomes damaged, it leaves one lost in a darkness that can be near impossible to pull away from.

Clark was once a happy individual. He had the perfect life. A noble upbringing, family and people who adored him and he loved in return. Wealth and influence however painted a perfect target upon his back, and led him down a road of unfortunate events, walking a path that he would never remember well enough to regret. One night changed his life forever, and left his head little more than an empty shell, most of his memories slipping away, never to be found again.

Years have past and time has changed him. What once was warm was extinguished by a coldness that did not belong there. Brought to the Tether to grow and expand upon the ventures of slave training, a lifestyle which thrived from his lack of emotion and firm, harsher ways. Whoever he had once been, there was apparently no intent to find that man, but instead bury him away.
